You are a student in Hospitality management, learning cooking in a university in Taiwan : The '' Campus des Métiers of Quimper'' offers an intensive and comprehensive programme and a life-changing experience for international students who wish to acquire a better knowledge of both French cuisine and French pastry.

The curriculum is divided into 2 mandatory parts :

- practical and theoretical courses in Cooking, Pastry and Bakery at the Campus des Métiers,

- internship in selected restaurants.
