You are a student in Hospitality management, learning cooking in a university in Taiwan : The Campus des Métiers of Quimper offers an intensive and comprehensive programme and a life-changing experience for international students who wish to acquire a better knowledge of both French cuisine and French pastry.
Each curriculum is divided into 2 mandatory parts : practical and theoretical courses in Cooking, Pastry and Bakery at the Campus des Métiers (8 months) complemented by an internship in selected restaurants (4 months).

Students are placed by pair in prestigious restaurants selected by the Campus des Metiers.
This unique experience enables students to apply the skills learned during the training and to gain a valuable on-the-job learning
