Our history :
This company takes its origins from a discussion with a responsible of a Taiwanese university who expressed about the difficulty to send students to France to learn French cooking. The administrative difficulties were overcome thanks to a collaboration between the Chamber of Trade and Crafts (CMA) of Finistère and the French Office in Taipei and a first cohort of student were sent in 2016 to the Training Center of the CMA in Quimper.
Soon, several technological universities took advantage of this opportunity to launch an internship program abroad aimed at training students through theoretical learning of French cuisine followed by practical work experience in an international context.
The first program was built with CMA of Finistère, now extended to CMA of Brittany as a unique opportunity to learn new culinary skills as well as to be trained in Michelin starred restaurants in Brittany.
The second program was built with CMA of Pays de Loire for French learning Taiwanese student to improve their practice and develop additional skills in Communication and Tourism Project Management and by completing internships in tourism organizations or companies in the region.
Our values:
We Practice Win-Win strategies with our Partners: we organize programs for students in collaboration with several Taiwanese universities and training providers in France. The organization of the courses and the internships is thoroughly discussed between the parties.
We are looking for the highest quality of trainings: The trainings are organized in domains where France and the French partners have a real strength and can bring new technics to the foreign students.
We think globally but we develop locally: We believe that an international experience is better in places where regional culture is strong. Our French partners are economic actors of regions in France.
We believe that international experiences need a safe environment: The training and the internships are organized in small friendly cities so that the students can feel more secured.
We believe that international development needs good mutual understanding: As we are a Franco-Taiwanese team, we are aware of the culture of both countries and we act as the link between Taiwanese universities, French partners, and the students.
Our objectives:
Offer Taiwanese students enrolled in universities a choice of international experiences in areas where France has an established reputation and give them the tools, in particular learning French, even for beginners, to be able to carry out an internship there in the best conditions.
Provide Taiwanese students with French learning opportunities in France, for all levels, with highly qualified teachers, in good security conditions and with the possibility of staying with locals.
